Looking for investment?

Looking for any advice for where to invest in property. I invested in a house in Kissimmee Florida in 2001, the property value soared there but it's starting to decline now and I am going to sell off. I am now looking for a new area that is going to boom. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

if you are a real investor and you have enough money you can always come to Dubai there are a zillion of opportunities in here and specially in properties so any way good luck and take care.

If you want to stick with real estate, try resort areas within 3-4 hour drive of a metro area, such as Pocono Mountains, PA or Deep Creek Lake, MD. There is some advantage in "building" the house yourself and then reselling it. It doesn't take much to become a general contractor (and you don't need to lift a hammer).
