Robert kiyosaki."rich dad poor dad"?

is this man a good source for real estate investment advice or should I look elsewhere?

His book is a great way to generate inspiration. The general principles & ideas on creating wealth through Real Estate are sound.

However the nitty gritty details are best supplemented with other books.

The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller is very good in my opinion in delivering more specifics.

There is a lot of good advice in his book, but like much of anything some of it stretches reality. But the basic principals for the most part are good.

I have read that Robert never had a rich dad or something like that. I personally feel his INFORMATION is good for education. Check out www.intellibiz.com They have a good review on all the top real estate gurus

good advice but for real estate go with Trump.

Most of people learn ad know basic knowledge in RE investment, the real question is who know how to apply these knowledge to make themselves filty Rich.

Do it and learn the same time, if you lose, but don't lose the lesson.

Remind yourself that you are in for knowledge, if you are expert, then reward is avoidable!

Let's hear from you in few years if not sooner!

He was made famous by being touted by famous folks. He's certainly not what he claims to be and some research bears this out. Kinda like the marriage counselor who's been married 4 times but wants to tell you how to have a successful marriage......something just ain't right there.
