Off plan investment, who can give me unbiased advice on where to buy?

Off plan development is when you buy a building that has not yet been built. You have bought it off the plans you see.
The main advantage to it, is that when you buy the property it is normally 18 months or so until you get the keys. In the 18 months the property will have increased in value. You can then either rent it out, or sell it.
