INVESTMENT-please advice?

i want to invest in some pre-launch scheme in flats in india. please tell me 3-4 best options. no budget.

U R advised to invest in Gurgaon; near Delhi which is IT hub of north India having over 500 MNCs; that too in property of either Unitech OR DLF or Ansal Builders.
U will get the best appreciation in Gurgaon where the prices of residential Apartments are set to cross Rs.4000 Per Square Feet next year.
As a good option - you can buy an Apartment of Ansal Builder in Valley View Estate at Gurgaon Faridabad Road which is available at Rs 3000 per square feet.But this is not pre-launch.You can also note that no new project can be launched in Gurgaon at less than this price due to rising cost of land and construction.But dont delay.If you wait for 6 months U may have to shell out Rs.4000 Per Square Feet.
