Investment advice hepalife technologies?

No earnings, stock in a 3-yr downtrend, limited product portfolio, limited public awareness and info., and small cap stocks not doing well lately are all negatives.
However, recent agreement with institutional investor, stock price appears to be flattening and breaking out of the downtrend, unique product, and recent up moves on heavy volume are positives.
Negatives probably outweigh positives, even if not this is a risky stock. It is possible you could lose your entire investment - but if you are convinced this company is going to be successful (and you are right), then you may make out very well with this.
