How much securirity to our cash, invsting in banks ? and investing in Insurance companies ? In INDIA?

Eg :- My investment in a Nationalised Bank in India, (approximately 5 crores) If a War Occurs,or a Freesing of Investments by Government, How mouch amount will return to me at that time ?

well...its a good question as well as a difficult question to answer..
if i have to say about the security of your investment u need not worry coz...investing in a nationalized bank is the best and the safest investment avenue available to Indian citizens today....
and coming to your question ..about the situation ina crisis..like war...
well nobody will be able to answer questions like that at this particular point in time accurately...
coz we never know what kinda policy exists then..( forget about the finance policies...we are not even sure wether we will be alive if a war comes..
why going that far...we are not sure whether this govt will continue to rule for its complete term...today we're getting news that there might be mid term elections in march next year...
so what i would suggest u is to stop thinking pessimistic...
and stay confident...
nothing of that sort will happen and yr investment is safe..
The banks credibility will be based on its ratings and CRISIL will rate them about their credit worthiness...
