What degree is required to work in a bank?

I am not interested in a teller position. I want a job helping people with investments.
Also what does it pay?

I work as a private banker in a corporate bank...
there are no tellers...I take care of the private financial affairs of corporate customers.......
my degree is in anthropology/ animal husbandry..

It doesn't matter what degree you do. If you're talking about working in banking in the UK...there is still a snobbery that exists. They won't consider you unless you studied at a top university (ie. Cambridge/Oxford university etc) and its also about who you know. They all say they don't discriminate on what university you been to but they still do.

Believe me i've tried and the snobbery still exists.
