Finance is the best choice since you are a computer engineer. This will add weight to your resume & will help in reaching the top position in fast track mode. Consulting will be a good propsect if you have a flair for communication & posses analytical skills.

Most of the top MBA programs don't have official specializations (though some do). For these jobs, having a specialty doesn't matter. However, you ought to be taking classes that will help you in the area where you choose to work.

If you want to go into Investment Banking, then you should take a lot of finance, accounting, economics and decision science classes.
