How do u start a realestate investment company? |
i would like to buy bank repo from banks fix and sell them with my company. You need to go to school to understand the basics of running a business. Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship majors, they all have real estate classes, at least they did at my university. Not to mention you need to get real estate lisenses even to flip property. You will need Capital as well, to get your feet off the ground, do you have 200k to start, becuase you can rarely make money on buying a mortgage in this day and age in the real estate business. It is a buyers market, you can get property but flipping it for a profit can prove to be difficult. The safe way to go would be buy a apt building or something you can rent, and know you can rent before hand, the rent must be able to cover the mortgage, or have enough to invest the difference. Hold it for a couple years, once the mortgage is under control attempt to sell. You need more than one location to become successful, real estate is a slow process. No making 200k in 2 years on a piece of property. Not gonna happen. |
