abc is a firm of corporate lawyers that specialises in mergers and acquisitions. That is, they prepare the necessary legal documents when one company mergers with, or acquires, another company.
Legal documents are prepared in-house (with in org LAN) and exchanged in draft form with clients and with their investment banking advisors. In addition, ordinary messages are sent amongst the parties. Given the nature of the work, all documents and messages must be handled in an entirely secure manner.

can any one plz tell me what types of secure and ordinary data are exchangerd within the organisation's LAN. and also the organisation and the clients and their investment banking advisors?
