Sample Memo regarding training for new employees.?

Hi everyone, I'm not the best writer. Does anyone have a sample memo that I can use.

I work for an investment bank and I need to write an email to the head of the Filing Department regarding training for the new Analysts on how to file documents properly.
What the bankers can keep and what they need to send to the Fling Department.

Subject: New Analysts Triainng - Correct Procedures for Filing Documents

We will be conducting training for new Analysts on the above subject, as follows ...

Date: Aug. 31, 2007
Time: 9am to Noon
Location: Main Conference Room

The training will include information on what individials bankers may keep and what needs to be sent to the Filing Department.

Please notify your Analysts of this training.
