Help help help repo and investment?

IM A REALTOR and i am buying and selling repo bank homes..
as a private buyer and seller i would like to open a realestate company or a investment company where i as my company buyes homes from banks repos and fixing the and sell... but i need help understanding how this process work i dont wonth to deal with morgages and title with the buyers...... i guess what my main goal is to start a investment company to buy and resell repo homes................. thank you for ur answers

you need some solid business classes to help you to run a company of any sort-- having a "partner" who is qualified would help, but it is always best to know what you are doing as well.

you need a strategy and you need to have a good understanding of the area and its comps.

so.... other than that, i suggest that you look into local & state laws regarding the laws and guidelines. researching what you are getting yourself into is the key.
