I need some legal expert to guide me, how to sue a bank in Cook Island, promoted by Indians.? |
The promoters did a investment fraud, in NY. USA Stock exchange via a bank they Registered in Cook island. We have prima facie evidence of the Investment fraud. Now we are trying to get a lawyer to file a suit in Cook Island, near New Zeeland. we are not getting competent lawyers in that country of 11,000 citizens. The ones we engage for some reason are slowly backing out perhaps due to the banks pressure locally and we are not at the spot. How can we do this from India or else where, to get justice. Are there any institutions we can apply to. Are there any International Law firm help us. The amount involved is about 陆 a million $. to Recover. The cheated client is a lady, can Women forum help us or any other Govt agency can take it up please. Can CBI help us. This is just the tip of the iceberg. We have served notice & they cannot give us a comprehensive reply now. But we beeing faraway, we are in a carch 22 situation. it is not possible for anyone in Indian to help. You have to contact the Finance Ministry of your country. The fraud happened in a foreign land, how can Indian lawyers help u there. I dont think any Indian Lawyer would be allowed to appear in a court in your country. U will have to find a soultion in your country only. Refer this site http://www.advocatekhoj.com/ |
