What's the best way of making a high return on investment?

given the many different investment schemes, property, banks, precious metals nad stones, etc. What is the best interest rate or return on investment that can be expected

Hi..
Depends what investment instrument you investing in.
For example, returns on shares will depend on market performance.
Some shares u can expect returns of 50% within 3 months, one share I invested in 2 years back has given me returns of almost 250%. You should also consider the dividend payouts. Satibility & financial performance of the company is a major influential factor.

For unit trust - Basically you should look at past historical returns. Typical returns of units trust is btwn 10-25%, and dividends can be 2.5cent 鈥?6.5 cents per unit.

For property..you will usually hv to wait longer for higher returns..it also depends on location..typically you can expect 30-50% returns after 3 years.
Fixed deposits are usually low returns ( about 3-6%), depending on your country base lending rate.
Hope this helps..

Answer the question... what's the best way of making a high return on investment? and write it in a book and sell it.

Hi,
to knoww the ins and outs of the business, its market, its technology or craft, and above all you are in love with it.
That's long term thinking. For short term thinking, the highest returns on investment are all against the law; u kno what I mean!

There is no one category of investment tools that can give you the best interest rate / return on investment - pretty similar to the notion that a good education does not necessarily guarantee success in your career. However, if you want to make (additional) money, investing is one (of the best) way(s) to go. The best investment tool for me may not be the best for you because of different personality/risk appetites/opportunities etc. You have to explore your optoins and make your own judgment. Get past this and you will still have to do your homework with background studies etc before taking the leap. Hardwork in general, is usually a prerequisite to reaping rewards. If making returns on investment is that easy, the world will be a different place to be in. Good luck.
