Why does it seem that the media and investment banks are run by only Jews?

I'm not a racist. It's a legitimate question. However, I know some people will scorn me.

Shhh, you'll get censored. Sorry, that's the way it is, the Jews are gypsies who suck the life out of any society that falls for their scams. Some people don't like it, some of them have drank the Holocaust propaganda and thus give them a free pass for everything.

There do seem to be more Jews involved in banking than would be represented by the percentage represented in the population. Perhaps its because the religion was persecuted back in the 11'th century when accounting was being invented and Jews were involved in commerce because they weren't allowed in other aspects of society. I can envision the situation where a family learns a trade such as accounting and the parents teach their children the trade. Then the children teach it to their children and so on. Isn't it neat how, as a group, they have overcome so much difficulty. Although I'm not Jewish and am a Christian I look forward to spending eternity with the fine people I know of other faiths. That includes Jews, Muslims Buddhist etc. I also look forward to a heaven full of all races colors sexual orientations and things and people I've not even considered. One thing I hope not to find is hate. I just can't imagine God allowing hate in heaven.
As to the second part of your question I'm not really familiar with the world of the media but I've heard this question in the past so I'll assume your are correct and make some guesses. First perhaps media took a great deal of risk investment to launch and since, as i pointed out above, the Jewish community had more experience with finance they were better positioned to determine reasonable endeavors. Or perhaps their religion doesn't promote the concept that money is evil. Many, if not most, Christians think the Bible says that money is the root of all evil. Of course those who have read the bible know that that is wrong. The Bible says that the love of money is the root of all evil. Also if you study the translation from Greek to Latin you know that love and lust were used interchangeably at the time of the translation and it is likely that the quote refers to a lusting for money. I think that this Christian money issue has caused many problems for many people. Back to my view of heaven-- I hope there won't be money there - it ruins to many good people. Back to your question. I think the Jewish community has a better view of education than most other sects I've encountered. There is a lot of art and humanity in media. Maybe that's a connection. What a great question you've thought of. You should be proud.

The world - in Europe and later in the New World (the Americas) was divided into the rich and the poor. The rich owned land and taxed the poor peasants who lived on their land and remained rich. At least until the industrial revolution when the poor moved into the citied to work in factories, but anyway . . .
Jews had to find a way to make money, and they didn't have land. They still don't. Banking, the media, law, medicine, science in general, all these things require the ability to think, but they do not require the kind of wealth that was not accessible to the Jews.

And they are not RUN ONLY by Jews. IT's just that there are some area where there are very few Jews, but there are Jews who work in media, law, medicine, etc. Not so many in banking, though. Really.
