Should I pursue a career in medicine or investment banking?

You should pursue a career that you are passionate 1st and then worry about how much you'll get paid.

You are more likely to succeed in the long run and be happier with a less paying passionate career.

Also, there are moral responsibilities in medicine that involve life and death decisions of others. Be prepared to be able to make those decisions and remain grounded.

those are on two different sides of the world what do YOU want to do? I want to be a cop but I am a manager for a fast food dump, decide what you wanna do and go for it.

Medicine definitely! The money is more secure, you can dabble in investing because you will have money and there is a great need for competent medical personnel.

If it's the money, then investment banking! As for doctor's and nurses, we need compassionate and caring people! If you have to ask this question, stay out of the medical profession!

Medical schools will probably take longer but worth the investment.

Investment banking is more in the business field, its always good to know about money.

I would say do both, make a career medicine first then pursue banking later.
