Is is possible to go into investment banking after a degree in Actuarial Science?

Is is possible to go into investment banking after a degree in Actuarial Science?

Possibly, depending on what school that degree came from and the strength of your GPA. Investment banks are traditionally very particular about the schools they recruit at. Most investment banks will state "Degree in business, economics, finance, math related, from a top 50 business school, with a minimum GPA of 3.3". Its the reality of the business.

Yes, statistics and math would help a lot. There are many investment banks.

you bet ye.

I work in the banking industry with a political science degree. Of course I'm just doing it to put on a resume since I pretty much just have a movie theater experiance. So I suppose you could.
