How to get into investment banks without degree?

get a lower level job and work up thought the ranks while doing a degree via open university.

(or alternatively - i presume they still periodically recruit people to push the tea trolley round the offices?

Anyway - maybe more than a degree you'll have needed to go to the right school in the first place!)

I heard something recently about a guy who had a Masters Degree but couldn't get past any of the online application forms because he didn't have the requisite number of O' levels.

I should think it is really tricky unless you know someone who knows someone. You could call the Human Resources Dept. and offer yourself for free in exchange for the work experience and try and build up some contacts. But I am sure they aren't short of prospective employees.

You would be very lucky, I doubt its possible unless Daddy owns the firm. Why not try studying part time at a decent Uni and work experience in a similar field.
