whats the difference This question is so vast and there is a wide range of areas both interact in...but here is my simple example..... investment banking is broader - usually used to describe the advisory part of banking (e.g. corporate finance for M&A or project finance for infrastructure projects). most investment banks have a stockbroking division. |
