Is it possible to find a job with a securities/investment banking firm with no degree?

I am currently pursuing a degree in Finance and live in a mid-size market. Do firms hire people with work experience, but no investment/securities experience?

Yes, it's called an internship. It could be paid or unpaid. Go to you counseling office/placement office at the university and find out.
