I work in a bank in operations side, and have no investment exp if i go for CFA is it going to be too hard?

Passing the CFA program is tough.

Also, you have to work in the industry for a period of time before being given the CFA designation, even if you pass the three exams.

You will have to study diligently, even if you have a finance MBA.
