What are the Degrees Necessary to Be in Sales in Investment Banking?

I really want to go into the highly competitive sales category of investment banking. I have the grades to go to almost any college. What are the college and graduate degrees best fit to enter this field? My father was an investment banker in Marsh and McLennan and other firms, I know that this can help me but I know I need some degrees to get in. Please help me. I graduate from high school in 2008.

Economics provides a nice base.

And a MBA from a top flight Business School like Kellog or Wharton never hurts.
