Assessment centers investment banks?

Does anyone know how the assessment centers at JPMorgan (or other investment bank for that matter) for advisory work? how should i prepare? what should I expect?

Let's continue in english then, I personnally deal on a regular basis with JP Morgan and attended an assesment with their London office a couple of years ago when they tried to hire me, not such a big deal, but this was more HR oriented ....
