I need my CV to express my burning desire to work for an Investment Bank? |
I've been at this - doing draft after draft of my cv and i was just wondering, when HR managers sweep through thousands of CV's, how can i make my cv express my desire to work for them? It should catch their eye the instant they look at it. Address your CV to a particular person, not just to hr; always include a cover letter, use good quality paper (I like textured) and take your time not to come across too polished, these are real people, use real words; get someone else to proof read your CV, don't rely on spell check or yourself. |
