What's the compensation for computer engineer at investment bank? Depends on your expereince, but you start around $75K and can max out at $400K (and this is someone that is still technical and programs 80% of his time). Not everyone can hit that level, but a some do. NY investment bank? I'd say $100-150K. If your dept is a cost center, you're the help at an investment bank. If you're not doing deals, trading or bringing in revenue, back office jobs generally pay okay. Don't expect $1 million bonus. |
