What companies sell their stocks publicly?

I'm looking for some good investment. please help...

If you're a risk taker, I'd advise investing in financial markets. Countrywide Home Loans and other financial institutions are having troubles but there's a better than good chance if you hold the stock for long enough (3+ years), you'll come out on top. Times are difficult but the economy always balances out.

If you're looking at something more reliable, consider technology or energy. Both have been doing well and the trend should continue but I wouldn't advise holding onto it forever.

Just find several stocks in different industries then sit on it. Don't obsess over the day by day fluctuations! The stock could go down a point (dollar) the next day but it's no reason to be concerned. Think long term with diversified stock and you'll be in the gold.
