Castle Hill Investments in Austin Texas... a good choice??

I'm looking to buy some real estate in the Austin area, Castle Hill has a pretty informative website with lots of inside info, and thier own listings. Has anyone ever dealt with them before, are they a reputable company?

Well they look Ok

But do some independent research on the vacancy rates in that area right now.

take a peek at www.realtor.com the rental section how many are there available?
Check www.rent.net how many?
go online and look at the local newspapers rental classified.
You check it out very, very carefully before you go whole hog into that area. I hear the market is crazy with vacancies and no one to rent all that cool Austin real estate too.
