How can I locate 2 online articles i read stating: employees now vote on ideas submitted by other employees? |
over the past year, I read two articles, online, that stated that companies have started soliciting project ideas from employees which they post on their electronic buletin board for other employees to read and vote on, whether or not the project merits implementation. Other employees may suggest improvements or suggest competing proposals to the original proposal. projects that win strong support from the employees, get a fair shot at being implemented in some form if the corporation can justify making the investment. i'd like to find these articles. can someone tell me how to locate them? thanks. i wont anwser until you tell me if you are a girl or a boy go to google and search for it |
