Our Employer is asking to submit proof of IT investments before 15thFeb.?

I have policies & investments for which payments will take place in the month of March and receipts will not be there to submit before 15th February. Some insurance companies will not accept advance premium payment. Please let me know any suggestions to overcome it.

Most insurance companies accept advance payments during the policy term.

This makes no sense. If you bought in, before Feb 1st, you should have the receipt before Feb 15th. If you don't have a receipt, it's because you didn't buy in - so the way around that, is BUY NOW.

Thanks, but what about the ELSS which is debited from my account, I have opted for Electronic Clearing System. Report It

Not fully sure what you are asking here. If you are insuring your IT investments, then you really can't do that before they are in your custody. Once they are, you can easily have your policy endorsed to include the additional items.

What you can do with the invoices is get everything set up in advance. You can have your insurance agent/company get all of the forms and rating set up so that the day you receive the equipment it will be added to your policy the way you need it to be.

Every insurance company will make adjustments to a policy to make sure that you are accurately insuring your risks. I am guessing that your issue is more of an internal accounting issue. If that is the case, then you should be able to get a quote from your agent ahead of time to budget the amount even though you haven't paid it yet.

If this is not what you are looking for update your question with some more information.

Good Luck!
