I Used to work in multinational Corpration at my Country Egypt

i Had offer To Work With U.A.E (Dubai) Based Company but The work Will be Conducted in Egypt To there Investments Here That was un-writen Part of my Contract

My Contract Is Standered Contract Of UAE Not mention Egypt Operation

Now after 3 month They Are Asking me to move to Dubai To Go on Working At the Same Package i had here

And that is much lesser than my market value at Dubai

But the offer is good for living in Egypt

Can i have any Remeidy For that Breach that caused me to my career ???

I only have e-mails that prove the Gentelmen aggreement that i had with them

if i did not accept (and i decided Not ) I Will be unemployed For A While

It's Hard to Get a Good job in the middel career Range

Specially i am A CPA + 6 years Experiance of Multinational Enviroment

getting a remedy for breach of contract will cost you more problem..
set it over and done with if they have given you the much severance pay you expected...
good luck on your new job...it's that simple... don't get unemployed..it's as costly as remedying the breach..
