Riped of by invsment group? |
belive that my friends, family and myself have been riped off by an investment group, dealing in commodites ,combined amount of aprox $300k. queston is what do I do? contact feds? lawyer? which one or both? any one have any contact info for either one? is there any where I can look for info? about a paticular company? THANK YOU For lawyers, look in the phone book or find friends who can give you referrals. You definitely want someone with experience in securities. Depending on what the situation you may want to reason with the investment manager prior to going to the SEC. As soon as you involve lawyers and the authorities, it will most likely take longer to get your funds back and you may not get them at all. Most investors have a risk tolerance no matter who they are. Take it all in stride and use caution anytime you invest in any investment program whether it be retail or private. You can contact me directly if you have other questions. |
