Would you invest in west 49 inc?

would it be wise to invest in a company like West 49 inc? how can you explain that using quantitative and qualitative information? i can think of things like goodwill and their net income .. what else? is it a smart investment? does their net earnings per year compare with others in terms of better or worse? (for school btw)

I would not buy West 49 inc. I think a better buy in the sector right now is Volcom, they are a leader in the ocean surfing industry and their stock price is well below its 52 weeks highs.

Wall Street analysts are calling for some pretty good earnings and growth in 2008 and beyond:

B. Riley and Company brokerage initiated covrage on the stock the other day with a buy rating as well.

Volcom looks good.
