Should I get my masters in aerospace engineering?

I graduated from college with a B.S. in mechanical engineering a year ago. Immediately out of college, I took a job as an aerospace engineer (good pay - $64k per year). My company is willing to pay for my grad school (part time) while I work fulltime here. But I feel like it would be a waste of effort. I am now married and would rather spend time with my wife than crunching over some stupid thermodynamics equation while jittering over a cup of coffee at three in the morining. People are telling me to go for it, but is it really worth the investment of time (not money since it is already paid for). People keep telling me "these days you need a Master's." I honestly think I would rather sleep than stress out over some dumb homework problem. I spent my undergraduate years stressing over difficult homework problems and missing out on social life. I hated it but loved it. Many companies in my field will say the following in job postings: (either 4yrs experience or 2yrs plus masters).

You don't need to do that if you don't want to. You already have experience, and if you are looking for faster promotions and such then maybe you should consider it. By the time you finish the masters, you will have the same years of experience with just the BS anyways. If you don't want to do it, don't.

Aerospace industry should remain pretty good until maybe the next administration (Whoever wins the election may cut funding for the military). Even then, you will be a veteran and should still be able to find work unless you don't get along with anyone and can't be productive.

I wouldn't go back to school unless I was really motivated to. It could hurt your performance at work, life at home, and cause more problems than it would solve if you are not happy. IF you were single and didn't have anything else to do, I'd say go for it.. but that doesn't seem like the case.

no!
although i am not an aerospace engineer, i like to think that those who are were smart enough to get career advice from people they looked up to and not random idiots like me on the internet with nothing better to do.
