How to forcast for a property? |
Am an investment analyst tranee and i woukd like to forcast for a particular real estate company, i have found the project name, size and price,what things do i need more in order to forcast thanks guys You will have to estimate the absorption period, discout rate for DCF, costs (sales comission, transfer tax, legal fees), sales price, #of units. It really depends what you want to know, net present value? |
