What is the packet full of info on a company that they usually give out to shareholders? |
im in an investments class and i need to no the name of it so i can proberly say it with out sounding lke and idiot. i think it starts with a p not real sure It is a prospectus. For an initial public offering it is more specifically called a "red herring (because there is red print on the cover or front page)." For a secondary offering (when a company is raising capital by selling additional shares of stock), it is only called a prospectus. |
