How can I Buy shares of US company from Europe on line?

Las Vegas' Quantum Energy, Inc. announced that it has applied to have its shares listed for trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, retaining the services of Baltic Investment Group of Hamburg, Germany to assist with the application.

You can:
a) open an account with a local broker (most brokers in Europe are part of major banks) who has access to or an affiliate with the ability to trade US stocks,
b) open an account with a US broker who has an office in your location, such as Merrill Lynch, Fidelity, or Prudential,
c) open an account with an on-line broker, such as Schwab or Waterhouse, and enter your own trades on-line.
to open an account you must usually give the broker the funds first, and then make the trade(s).
