Now the company claiming 30-40% growth rate, is it true, what
will be stage in the year 2012 for the policy taken in 2007.

These are not investment policies but insurance policy.

A lot of these policy returns are eaten by charges of these ULIP. Understand the effect of these charges on your return.

If NAV increase with 30% , you should get 15% after 4 years due to charges.

I do not like insurance policies due to it & invest in Mutual funds as they charge less.
