Has anyone attended an Inside Track property investment seminar? Did you make money?

The cost for the seminar is 拢2495 for a weekend. The company is based in Kingston upon Thames. After a free 2 hour workshop you are asked to sign up for the weekend seminar. Is it worth it?

I've been to one of their freebies and smelt a large rodent. Basically they are an investment company that will lend you money for property development that perhaps would not be available from regular sources such as a bank. Inside Track's head man isn't badly off judging by his wife's alleged divorce settlement demands. Probably due to horrendous interest rates that his punters have to pay plus 拢2500 for a seminar "to prove you are serious". Walk away and get your financing from a more reputable source.

I've not been on the course but if you are thinking of buy-to-let be very careful because it can be a very competitive market. Do plenty of research and give yourself a good safety margin.

It is a racket. The only money to be made is by the organisers.

Such schemes make you pay a huge price for a weekend course, paint a very optimistic picture of buying to let and then lend you the money you will need at very high rates of interest. Keep well away from such things.
