If I am an investment Newby, want to start an IRA. Should i go with Target date fund?

I am new to all these stock and fund thing.
Is the target date fund good for me?
Which company have strong Target date retirement fund?

You can look at Fidelity, T Rowe Price, Vanguard. i have no issues with you starting with target fund.

For a newbie that would be a very good idea. Find a low fee one.
