indian hotels company has declared issue of additional shares on rights basis to the existing share holders. I want to buy the entitlements/ renouncements and apply for shares. where and how can I buy such forms of renouncements/ entitlements Please contact your broker whith whom you have your account with. |

I would recommend looking at some smaller firms that have a more personal touch. I don't know what Fischer charges but you should be able to get outstanding service from a fee-only financial ... generally when a company buys another the offer is higher than the going stock price so your shares are bought at the higher rate or exchanged for equivalent value shares in the purchasing company....
