In-house vs outsource IT work? |
im trying to get pros and cons between these too. let's say it is a small investment company. what is the pros and cons of having an in-house IT person that supports users/network vs. outsourcing IT work to a local IT vendor? links would be great to support ur opinions. thx in advance Inhouse - con's constant overhead. if it is a small shop they may get bored quickly and could result in a lot of turn over. pro's someone always there for support/ meetings / etc. |
