What are benifits of a neveda corp?

I have a nevada address and I own 3 houses, I am wanting to start an investment company and putting my 3 house as assests and use this as leverage to purchase more properties while it is a buyers market, I am looking at a property in Reno now, all my propeties are in california, will it be an advantage to base the investment corp in nevada?

According to the Nevada Commission on Economic Development: http://www.expand2nevada.com/incentives/...

The outstanding tax climate in Nevada is one of the best reasons to do business in the state. This tax structure also clearly distinguishes Nevada as offering a business environment very few states can match.

In Nevada there is:

No Corporate Income Tax
No Personal Income Tax
No Franchise Tax on Income
No Inheritance or Gift Tax
No Admissions Tax
No Unitary Tax
No Estate Tax*
Competitive Sales and Property Tax Rates
Minimal Employer Payroll Tax - 0.7% of gross wages with deductions for employer paid health insurance

(* A small assessed "pick-up tax" that cannot exceed the maximum allowable credit against the federal estate return.)

I suggest you visit the Nevada.gov website, and compare it to the stats on the California.gov website to make a best determination suited to your specifics.

i agree and understste that a corporation dosdnt pay an inheirance tax but is the person that created the corp..exempt from that to Report It
