Has anyone had dealings with a company called ProfitbyProperty.com?

This company is based in Spain, they encourage people to invest in property and offer 9% pa on investments made. I have made some investments since 2004 and up until September last year received quarterly payments. They then explained that payments would be made bi-yearly. The last payment I received was in September and I was expecting another payment in March 2007 but this never materialised. I have tried contacting this company but with no success and thought that I would try posting this question to see if anyone else has had a similiar experience. I very much hope that someone replies to me.
