I can see a lot of land investment sites these days. What's land investment 'bout?

Many websites, companies and/or dealers are promoting land as an investment opportunity. I am unaware of this investment option. Some of the site are available in Spain, Canada, US, UK, Turkey, etc. Is this investment worth?

if u invest in a land u can get a very good capital appreciation this is a very good option for investment compare to other alternatives of investment this will give u a very good return coz day by day prices of land is going up
