Investment conversion into a loan?

This guy I worked for as a producer took on investors. I did not approve that. I told him he had to tell the people that he was converting the investments into loans. He said I am being absurd and it's his company and I was just a contractor and it's none of my business. When he told me there were investors, I assumed they were just giving him loans to pay back.

I acknowledge it's his company, he is supposed to find the money and take care of it, but as producer, I have final say and must authorize all transactions.

He refuses to do what I say. Investors take away from my work. How do I get him to to convert the investments into loans?

you work for him, he pays you, he can do what he wants...get used to it.
where or how he raises money, isn't your problem
