Whats the pros for to open corporate agency of insurance company?

i want details about investment & how to get permission of IRDA & that insurance company

corporate agency as the name suggests is given to only corporates.for example banks are a good source of insurance business.So if attractive commission is given they will act as the companies agents.The other one that comes to my mind is Maruti.I am not too sure of its corporate agency. The process has to be initated by the respective insurance company,(all of them will provide the agency) and the approval is given by IRDA.

Please answer these questions before going ahead:
do u want to sell insurance?
are u also selling other fin products like mutual funds, post office products
are you also selling other products like home loans, car loans, credit cards etc
do you have a huge customer base
are you mentally prepared to have a good attrition of sales execs.
do you want to be married to one insurance company (corporate agency) or would you like to offer a basket of products (broker)
do you want to sell only life or general insurance or both

Selling insurance could definitely add to your top lines & bottomlines but would require your full time attention
