How do I transfer a stock certificate from a closed down company to my name? |
The company was closed down two years ago. However, one of their investments in a small private company which we thought was worthless has since been listed. As a result, the share certificates are issued in the defunct companies name. How do we get the share certificates transfered? The company is a British Virgin Island company. contact the new company for recommended brokerage or a major brokerage house |
