I want to start a consultancy company to be incorporated in the state of California.I am from India?

I am a resident Indian owning an Investment consulancy company in India with a neworth of 5 million USD. Now I want to spread my wings to USA in the state of California. Could you please guide me in this connection.

For some reason I find this to be fake. If you are really worth 5 million USD, why would you go to Yahoo Answers? If you were really worth that much you would know it's very important to hire a real adviser. Especially because you claim to have started a "consultancy company" you of all people would know to hire a consultant for this!
