How do i become an investment trader?

what are the steps i should take to become a trader for a large investment company ie ubs...

First of all, you got to get a proper professional qualification in the field of Finance and Accountancy. If you're not a graduate in these fields, you've got to enrol yourself in a finance-related course, such as Chartered Financial Analyst or something related to that .

No investment bank is going to hire anyone without experience or qualification in the area of finance and investment.
