How to start an ad company without any investment in india?

If u r an Indian or if u have a person willing to give you a place to start the business only l think its possible. Without any investment l think no where in the world is not much possible. But u can start in a small own place so no rent is needed and then u have to be the only and skilled person to do the work. So u save rent and wages cost l guess.

do u think indians r fools .any business entails investments unless u want to dupe others
